The App enables researchers to track patient enrollment in real-time, ensuring timely and efficient data collection.

• Healthcare Provider Engagement: Healthcare providers can browse research projects, evaluate bounties, and collect patient signatures from interested patients, fostering collaboration in medical research.

• Patient-Centric Approach: Patients retain control over their data, managing consent and potentially receiving LAKE token bounties for participation.

✅ Introducing the Data Lake Grant program: Empowering Innovators in Medical Research!

To advance medical research and unleash the potential of the DeSci Value Chain, Data Lake is proud to announce the launch of its Grant Program which will be run in collaboration with Donate Your Data Foundation! This initiative aims to empower researchers and organizations such as DAOs with LAKE tokens to access the Data Lake App and leverage our revolutionary platform to drive impactful change in the realm of healthcare.

Grant Details

Both small and larger organizations such as DAOs can apply for the grant:

• Small Organization Grants: Individual researchers, innovators and start-ups can apply for small organization grants and stand a chance to be awarded with the 10,000 LAKE tokens needed to access the Data Lake App. For these grants T&C apply.

• Larger Organization Grants (strategic partnerships): Large organizations and DAOs committed to advancing medical research through our App can apply for a grant of up to 500,000 LAKE tokens. For these grants, individual arrangements will be made (separate from T&C).

Note that the LAKE received via the grant program can only be used to access the Data Lake App, and cannot be sold. For more information, visit the T&C or reach out to us directly.

How to Apply

To be considered for the Data Lake Grant Program, applicants must fill the following Google forms by March 31st, 2024 at 23:39 CET. The form asks for a comprehensive proposal outlining their research objectives, methodology, and intended use of our App. Additionally, applicants are encouraged to demonstrate the potential impact of their projects on the field of medical research and healthcare.

Evaluation Criteria

All applications will be reviewed and the most promising projects will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Innovation: The novelty and creativity of the proposed research project.

• Feasibility: The practicality and viability of implementing the project using the Data Lake App.

• Impact: The potential impact of the project on advancing medical research and improving healthcare outcomes

• Protection of Ethical standards outlined in Data Donation Manifesto of Donate Your Data Foundation

• Whether applicant’s project fulfills objectives of general interest supported by Donate Your Data Foundation

Successful applicants will be notified and awarded the designated number of LAKE tokens to support their research endeavors.
