Data Lake has just been nominated as one of the Top Disruptors in Healthcare at the AI in Health conference held in Warsaw!

Responsibility for algorithms, the use of AI in medical entities and the role of blockchain in health are among the main topics of the second edition of the AI in Health conference.

We’re honored to have been nominated as “Top Disruptors in Healthcare“ alongside some of the best and brightest in the healthcare and medtech fields. The usage of medical data represents an important milestone to take the healthcare sector and medical research to a whole new level. Attending the conference made it even clearer for us how critical our role is in developing healthcare, as we established important connections both with data donors who are excited about Data Lake as well as with data receivers who showed us their practical need for the datasets we are building.

We warmly invite you to check the recording of our speech about Data Lake, click here to watch it.

Now that the conference is over, we are back to work. Follow us on our social media channels at https://data-lake.co/social to stay updated on our journey to democratize medical data!

LAKE.fun x MedMetrix: 6000+ Visitors, 601 Participants, 26 Research Contributors – Project Completed!

Our very first LAKE.fun research project in partnership with MedMetrix has officially concluded—and what a ride it has been! This groundbreaking initiative set out to improve the AI-powered dermatological analysis tool and the MedMetrix platform, and the results speak volumes. Today, we’re proud to share the results, reflect on what we’ve learned, and look ahead to what’s coming next.   Why This Matters: Decentralized Science in Action The MedMetrix project was the first real-world proof point for LAKE.fun, our decentralized research platform built on the Data Lake Chain. This wasn’t just a pilot—it was a public demonstration of how community-led science, blockchain-based consent, and Web3 rewards can come together to shape the future of medical innovation. Participants weren’t just test subjects—they were valued collaborators. Every user gave informed consent through the Data Lake Application. Every contribution was transparently tracked and securely stored. Those who completed the process successfully are now receiving rewards in $LAKE tokens, recognizing the real-world value of their participation.   By the Numbers: 6,000+ users visited LAKE.fun during the campaign 601 participants entered the research pipeline 26 eligible contributors successfully completed the full research process and significantly supported MedMetrix in improving its AI platform The project officially
